Dejlah Return & Refund Policy

At Dejlah, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Global Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns & Refunds 

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
Includes all original tags and labels
Receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used food products (including honey, tea, Qishr, coffee, and other consumables)
Custom or personalized items
Sale items or gift cards

To start a return, please contact us at officialdejlah@gmail.com. Do not send items back without prior approval, as they will not be accepted. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your return.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at officialdejlah@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, in line with Australian Consumer Law (for Australian customers) or applicable local laws.


3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the item first (if eligible) and placing a new order for the replacement.


4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at officialdejlah@gmail.com.


5. European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. However, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, as per the conditions above.


6. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) – Your Rights

For Australian customers, under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the product:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Does not match the description

  • Fails to perform as expected

These rights apply regardless of our store’s return policy. If you believe your purchase is faulty or does not meet Australian Consumer Law standards, please contact us at officialdejlah@gmail.com with details and proof of the issue. We will honor these rights and provide a replacement, refund, or repair.
